Cooperative Living

Flexible in-home supports for clients living independently with high needs.

Cooperative Living supports individuals with significant mental health and addiction-related needs who can live independently but require ongoing, flexible supports to remain stable. The program fills the gap between group home living and fully independent housing.

Clients are supported in agency-owned apartments or community landlord units through medication assistance, help with activities of daily living, and recovery-focused planning. By promoting independence while preventing relapse, hospitalization, housing loss, and justice involvement, Cooperative Living reflects a least-restrictive, recovery-oriented approach to long-term care.
