Psychotherapy

Evidence-based psychotherapy for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and complex mental health challenges.

Our psychotherapy program offers structured, evidence-based treatment delivered by registered therapists. We use approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused models.

Psychotherapy at LLGAMH is available to adults 16 years and older who are experiencing significant mental health challenges that affect their daily functioning. Services are available in individual and group formats.

Our registered therapists work with you to understand the patterns behind your struggles and develop practical skills to create meaningful change. Treatment is collaborative, goal-oriented, and time-limited.
