Drop-In Centre

The Drop-In Centre is a low-barrier, community-based service operated by LLGAMH in Brockville and funded by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. It offers a safe, welcoming space where people can meet basic needs—showers, laundry, and phone charging—while connecting with staff who provide intensive case management and pathways into mental health and addictions programming.

Low-barrier, welcoming space offering basic needs and pathways into care.

The Drop-In Centre provides a low-barrier point of engagement for people experiencing mental health challenges, addiction, and homelessness who are often unable or unwilling to access traditional clinic-based services.

Operated by LLGAMH and funded by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, the Drop-In Centre offers a safe, welcoming space to meet basic needs such as showers, laundry, and phone charging. Through these everyday interactions, staff build trust, offer intensive case management, and create pathways into community mental health and addictions programming. Early engagement here helps reduce crisis escalation, emergency service use, and prolonged homelessness, while opening the door to recovery and longer-term supports.
